Finishing Best friends dying wish

My best friend, who was a RC-Hobbyist and a computer genius, passed away last week, at age of 18 years, he had bone cancer and the last week of his life was painful,
he had dreamed of finishing a super-powerfull computer build and he already had all parts except GPU and RAM for the computer, however, he passed away before he was able to finish the computer.
Few days before he passed away, ha asked me to finish it for him if he dies before he can.
The reason that im asking for your help is that i want to finish the computer as i promised, but i lack the money needed to get the 2 missing parts.
The GPU costs around 750€ and the RAM 140€
I will engrave the names of people who help me get this wish of his true, on the computer
