Fine for damaging a Trump sticker

Hello good people, I was recently charged for 'defacing property' and received a $400 fine for the misdemeanor.  In January, I saw a Trump sticker on the bumper of a car and did not hesitate to write 'f*ck' with a fine point sharpie over the bold 'trump' lettering. I thought f*ck trump, hellllll yeeeah I am doing something good for the world. I had not known that the owner of the car was soon approaching me.  After sitting through court twice, the 'victim' proceeded to not claim restitution for his sticker as it was free and did not take him anything to get it other than an illogical mindset. I'm now left with a unnecessary fine to pay for court fees. I'm fully aware that I committed a crime but I'm also fully aware that the president is moron. I hold the strong belief that every sticker out there with Trump's name on it also deserves the word 'f*ck' as well. I am a full-time student, short on money and have to pay my fine by the 1st of April.
