My sister in law was only 52 years old when she was murdered. Eleticia Rios Martinez was killed February 27, 2019 in her driveway. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and sibling who volunteered to help kids at Raul Martinez Elementary School. Her killer is still on the run.
Raising money to offer a reward for the capture of the the person responsible and will lead to the arrest of who shot and killed 52 Year old Eleticia Rios Martinez. We want to make sure we get the right person who did this.
"Authorities say Eleticia had just returned to her home on Harbor near Market Street around 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 27th, 2019 after visiting family members when she was killed.
Surveillance video shows the suspect confront Eleticia, then open fire, shooting her three times as she was unlocking her gate.
The woman's husband, Felipe, and their grandchildren were inside the home at the time. They heard the gunshots but could not save her"
