Felix's fundraiser for research

Our 3-month baby son Felix has been diagnosed with a very severe condition called epileptic encephalopathy. The cause is almost certainly genetic, and tests are pending to try and find the exact genetic defect. For now Felix is sedated and on respirator while doctors try to bring his seizures under control with medications. He faces a poor prognosis.

We are receiving so much help and support, from friends, colleagues, family, and from the amazing hospital staff at the UofM Children's hospital. That's amazing. Thank you!

For those of you who would like to contribute financially, we decided to create a page in Felix's name in order to raise funds for research.

We will donate those funds to a non-profit supporting research in early infantile epileptic encephalopathy. We will ask doctors and researchers in the field to help us identify such non-profits.
