Maryann's Fight Campaign

Dear all, my name is Julie Malloy Steckley. I have decided to start a "Go Fund Me" campaign for a very special lady and a very good cause to help raise funds for my sister (In-law) Maryann Malloy. Maryann was recently diagnosed with a brain tumour. This was quite a shock to our family to discover this news right before Christmas when Mary had to undergo brain surgery to remove the tumour. Thankfully the surgery was a success and they were able to remove the tumour. Her recovery has gone well and she has recently started radiation and chemo therapy treatment. The radiation treatment must be done in Kingston which has been very difficult for the family as they are having to travel and stay there for 6.5 weeks. Maryann is a beautiful person inside and out. She's a busy wife, mother and grandmother and she is so warm and caring and generous with all of her family and friends. She is always so happy to have her friends and family around her. This has been a trying time emotionally as well as financially. Mary is off work for at least a year and my brother Pete is off work to support her through her treatments and is also not able to work during this treatment phase. The money that we are able to raise here will be greatly appreciated by the two of them. They have both been so strong through this difficult time in their lives.
