This new program for Winnipeg Harvest starts April 1st 2016. Clients at Winnipeg Harvest will now be able to attend free garden and kitchen related training sessions. These sessions will help to improve the food security of our clients by teaching them to grow their own food with or without a yard. Community garden will run in conjunction with the Grow-A-Row program that requests Manitobans to donate a row of their garden to Winnipeg Harvest.
Winnipeg Blue Bomber Alumni Mike Hameluck has taken on the challenge to help Winnipeg Harvest with this New Program.
