Fayette County Evacuees Luncheon

As everyone knows Hurricane Harvey did a number on our town/county. We have a group of people who would love nothing more than to provide a meal to all evacuees and displaced residents of Fayette County that were affected by the hurricane.

Our goal is $2,000. With this money we will purchase food and drinks and any leftover money we will donate it to the relief funds of Fayette County. If we do not meet this goal, the luncheon may not be possible but the funds will still be donated.
We hope to achieve this goal by Friday September 1st to allow us time to purchase what is still needed.

Our luncheon date is Monday, September 4, 2017. The menu will consist of BBQ sausage, potato salad, beans, drinks and a dessert.

We are not only looking for monetary donations but food donations as well.

We will also have a trailer set up for clothing and school supply donations that will be taken to wherever they are needed.
