Andrew is the father to Braiden Andrew Santucci, a three year old little boy born in Joliet, IL. For the past three years, Andrew has been allowed to see his son only 10 months of his life. Andrew has been forced to miss every birthday, holiday, and milestone. Andrew is asking for help. He knows there have been mistakes made and opportunities missed. He knows there are times he wishes he could have done things differently. Every parent does. However, he also knows he'd do anything to get his son back in his life.
As far as we all know, Braiden is happy and healthy. He is loved by so many people. He is well behaved and polite. He is the sweetest little boy. The major thing missing now is his father and his paternal family.
In the last year and a half, Andrew has re-focused his priorities and grown from his experiences. Andrew has been working two jobs to support his family. He is a new father to Braiden's little sister, Quinn. He's a loving partner to his significant other, Kayla. As you can see from the photos, Braiden is very loved from his father. Since bettering himself, he wants to make his children the focus of his life. Most importantly, Braiden needs to meet his baby sister and be the best big brother he can be.
Now onto the reason why Andrew needs your help. Due to the poor relationship between Braiden's mother and Andrew, Braiden has been taken away from Andrew and his family. In fact, we believe Braiden has been taken out of state to live, without Andrew's permission. Andrew needs to gain a custody agreement to see his child and keep Braiden in his life. The legal fees required to do this will cost more than Andrew makes, even working two jobs. He doesn't want to go any longer without Braiden as a part of his family. We ask you to kindly donate what you can to help Andrew pay the attorney fees. All funds will go to his attorney. He, Kayla, Quinn, and Braiden's family just want him in their lives.
