Hello, everyone!
We are apart of Indiana University's FASE Mentoring Program! FASE stands for Faculty and Student Excellence and we provide academic and career support by pairing IU faculty, staff, and student mentors with first year students who are seeking help to navigate IU.
We are raising money for the Future Leaders Underpriviledged Children's Centre. This is an organization in Ghana that was established in 1998. Many families in Ghana can't afford basic, essential items such as school supplies, uniforms, food and many other things in order for their elementary aged children to be successful in school. UCC provides children with these necessities and other resources in order to be successful so that they can further their education. UCC has been very successful and is growing more and more each year! The money being donated will go towards buying these children school supplies, storybooks, flashcards, supplies for teachers, funds for relocation because of their expansion, and others! This would mean a lot to FASE because we want to help other fellow leaders have the opportunity to learn, grow, and become successful. We want every child to have a fair chance! Any amount helps no matter how big or small and we would be forever grateful! Thank you for your time and have a great day!
