On May 7th, my two good friends, Ryan Porter, Spencer Fletcher, and I will run in the Twin Lights Half Marathon in Gloucester, MA to raise money for the Alzheimer's Association and their research.
As many people are aware, my amazing grandmother, Dodie Del Vecchio McMahon, was diagnosed with Alzheimer's a little over two years ago. It is a disease that can ravage a family and those who are surrounded by it. It is important that we do what we can to stop this awful disease. My grandmother is surrounded by her loving family and we have been with her since the beginning, but we hope that no other family has to go through this, so please consider donating to this cause.
According to the Alzheimer’s Association over 5 million Americans have Alzheimers. Everyone is at risk.
