Russell Cook Memorial Fund

Russell Cook died unexpectedly on 16 Sept 2018. Sadly, he has become part of the 22 a day. He served honorably for 23 years as an Infantryman. Russell was a dedicated husband, father, Soldier, and friend. He and I served together for several years and is one of the most honorable men I knew. He and his wife Donna had celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary a week prior to his death and his son Tyler will be turning 21 years old next week. Over the past couple of years Russell and Donna served as the primary caregiver for his mother who passed away last year. They are the primary caregiver for his dad now who is partially paralyzed due to a stroke.  Russell and Donna had purchased a project house in California and were actively renovating when he died. Russell was a 100% disabled veteran with 2 combat tours. Donna, his wife, is now the primary caregiver for his father and unexpected expenses for the funeral have severely depleted her funds. Anything you can give for this family is greatly appreciated.
