WA Injection Mandates - Judicial Challenge

The current challenges by way of Appeal in the Western Australia Court of Appeal are:

1     FALCONER v CHIEF HEALTH OFFICER – CACV 84/2022

2    FALCONER v COMMISSIONER OF POLICE – CACV 85/2022

3    FINLAY v COMMISSIONER OF POLICE – CACV 87/2022

The navigation of our legal journey continues to provide us with the honour of being supported by so many wonderful individuals and organisations - notable mentions to those industries with previous Judicial Review applications include DFES, Health, Education, Corrective Services, Construction and Critical Infrastructure – Western Power.

As the above matters progress from Supreme Court to the WA Court of Appeal (and possibly to the High Court of Australia) it is anticipated that a win in any Judicial Arena will pave the way to sensible employment conditions for the stoic members of those industries, and all Australians concerned with current trends in promulgation and application of powers by the Legislative and Executive.
