Hi everyone my name is Theresa . I'm trying to raise money so that I can get a decent car so that I can work. Couple years ago the company I work for shut down and the only steady means of income I could get was driving for doordash. Since covid-19 driving for doordash my income has gone down about 65%. Two and a half months ago I had to purchase a new car because my car died on me. The cars that I purchased what's a lemon I had put over $1,000 worth of repairs on it 2 weeks ago. I went and picked up my car and proceeded to go to work I drove for maybe an hour and a half and my car wouldn't move. I was stranded in the middle of the snow storm her over an hour and a half. I had my car towed to garage and the next day they told me that the transmission blew.
I am unable to get a car loan because they don't classify as doordash as a regular paying job. For the last month I don't even have my own place to live I've been relying upon frames with extra bedroo ms or a couch. I'm a 51 year old single women that seems to take two steps forward 7 steps back. Thank you for any and all help that you can give it is greatly appreciated more than you'll ever know. God bless
