Help Us Move
Hi everyone!
First off, I want to say this is very hard for us to do. We are not the type of people who ask for help financially. We are swallowing our pride to make sure we are doing the right thing for our family.
On Monday April 13th, our oldest daughter Briella was smacked into wall by a grown man. A man that we trusted. A family friend who lives 2 doors downfrom us. The police did nothing, in fact it took them4 hours to show up to our home after several phone calls and quite a bit of begging for help on their Facebook page just for them to show up. To make a long story short, this has already been sent to the prosecuting attorney and is currently under investigation. We currently have a protection order in place and go to court on April 30th to ensure it continues to stay in place. The protection order has already been violated. We don’t feel comfortable or safe in our own home. Threats have been made, name calling continues & death glares any time we stepfoot outside.

Briella, unfortunately is still very shooken up from what happened to her. We are in the process of finding some counseling to help. She is scared to play outside and gets anxiety when we leave her side.
With all of this being said, we are being allowed to break our lease and move. As I’m sure you all are aware, it is very expensive to move. Especially so suddenly. And most especially during this pandemic.
As parents; we need to make sure our baby girl can heal and feel safe in her surroundings. This is what’s most important.
We are asking for help with our deposit and first months rent as well as other financials to help us move as quickly as possible.
Anything helps... even just sharing for the awareness is greatly appreciated.
