Welcome and thank you for taking the time to read my go fund me page! I have been offered the opportunity of a life time in 2019 but I need your help to take that step!
The journey I am looking to undertake is about immersing myself in another culture that is totally adverse to my own. I think will be spending my time teaming up with the local people to construct safer and more reliable homes for the less fortunate, through the ancient and traditional technique of using mud and sticks. Alongside this I will be helping in the local school both teaching and playing with the children, all whilst camping alongside the Mwandi community and it’s wildlife.
The expedition will not only entail helping the local Zambian community, but my physical and mental strength and stamina, and determination will be challenged right from the beginning from the various fundraising events through to the expedition itself. Your generosity and contributions of any size will be so greatly appreciated by both me and the people I’ll be helping, every penny is a step closer!
