In 1999 we met each other through mutual friends and within a year a great friendship turned into life-long love. In 2003 we became Mr. and Mrs. Zadow. We worked hard, finished school and then eight years ago we decided it was finally time to expand our family. It took six years of procedures, tests and surgeries to realize that we were not able to have children by our own means, and thus we began exploring adoption. We are very excited about what is to come, but we can't do this without some help from our community of friends and family. Adoption expenses have risen in the last few years, costing on average 30-40k. For our part we started saving and are employing household cost-cutting measures. However, we still need some help. We have decided that we wish to include each persons name who donates, in whatever way, to our childs adoption album. In this way they will always know their story, feel their connectedness to a community, and have tangible proof that the world is full of love and random acts of kindness.
