Zack and Zoe Hammer Trust Fund

On behalf of the Hammer Family, it is with exquisite and excruciating heartbreak that we share the news that an extraordinary man, Tom Hammer left us on Monday February 12th, 2017 in the aftermath of a heart attack the previous week. As big and strong as his emotional heart was, his physical one just couldn’t take another beat. He died peacefully with his beloved wife Cherie and cherished children Zack and Zoe and his priest holding his hands and singing Bob Marley songs. After all the physical trauma he has been through in the past 6 years, he is truly resting in peace. We are sure his first order of business is tracking down his recently departed Father PK and treasured Father-in-law PopPop to continue their spirited debates, soulful quiet countenance and probably an infinite trove of things to tinker upon. In lieu of flowers, this fund is to benefit his children, Zack and Zoe, Tom's pride and joy in every part of their heart, mind and souls and to secure the future he envisioned for them.
