Carey Hodsden, PGA is sad to announce the passing of Zachary Corliss, the son of Jon Corliss, PGA, one of my oldest and dearest friends.

Zac suffered from a severe mental health issue involving schizophrenia and unfortunately passed after being released from the hospital on his own recognizance, Wednesday, Sept 17th, 2025.

I hired Zac and helped him get his real estate license, but soon after, this horrible disease reared its ugly head and Zac suffered through years of difficulty.

The Corliss family would NEVER ask for charity, but they are not a family of great means, although they are among the hardest workers I have ever known. I am asking for your help, in whatever way you can, to take some of the pressure off of the Corliss family as they go through this most difficult time for funeral arrangements and to help the family.

Zac is survived by his mother, Aucelia Corliss, his father, Jon Corliss, and his older brother, Jake Corliss.
