Louie's emergency surgery

Hello my name is Heidi Barrett and for the people who know me know that I truly love animals. My dogs are like my children and will do anything for them! I decided to quit my job and try to start my own business cleaning houses so I could spend more time with my kids and my oldest dog who has bladder cancer. I just started this a wk ago so I am still trying to build my clientele.  I notice he was not feeling well Saturday and was keeping a close eye on him.He started vomiting and stopped eating late that night. Next morning still vomiting and being Easter my regular vet was not open. I had to rush him to the emergency vet. They told me he had a blockage and would need to do surgery right away. They gave me estimated price of $2500. to $4000. I had to put a deposit down of $1500. which I had to borrow that money off of my dad. Here Louie swallowed a hazelnut whole in the shell. He came out of surgery and is doing ok but ,now I am left with this big bill and not a steady income. I hate asking for help but I am putting my pride aside for my Louie. He is my baby and will do anything for him. Even if you donate $5. it would help and I would greatly appreciate it and so will my Louie. Even if you can not afford to donate just sharing my story would help in case someone else could..
