As a part of our social action project ,we wish to set up a mental health support group for young people in our area .We aim from this support group to ease the mental strain that plagues many of us young people in this area, whilst understanding that we aren't Counselors and it won't solve any issues completely that others face; it can relieve them by talking to others their age that have shared experiences and are willing to listen to them- without judgement. We just want to make life easier for young people in this area and we need them to know that they are not alone in what they are feeling, however there will be a trained professional on sight to oversea the session and to interject when needed.
