How do I stay home without a home?

Donation protected
In addition to the money we’re trying to raise for our home, we would also like to raise money for the firefighters who came to our aid that night. If we reach our target we would donate half of the money to both the Elm Lane and the Riverlin teams in Sheffield. No amount of money will ever be enough to thank them but I would certainly like to give them something. They were truly heroes and I will never be able to thank them enough ❤️ On Sunday April 19th while we were settling down in bed I heard a noise downstairs, when I went to see what it was I found I couldn’t even see my stairs for smoke. Thanks to my best friend and housemate, who was an absolute hero, me and my daughter, as well as him, got out to safety on the roof of my bay window where we waiting for the amazing fire service to arrive. I was terrified, I don’t think the feelings I had, seeing my daughter in her pyjamas on the top of a window at 11 o’clock at night while I house burnt below us, will ever leave me. We got out, we’re safe, but we can’t go home. Our home isn’t safe and we’ve lost so much. The hardest part is knowing we should be staying home, but we can’t even go home. Literally anything would help us. We have to start from scratch, and at a time where so much is uncertain, where so many shops are closed. My child can’t go home, she can’t play with her toys. I don’t know when we’ll get home with the work that needs doing. If anyone can give anything at all we would be so thankful.
