Help the Jackson Family With End of Life Expenses

 

Carlos has lived with heart failure and the related complications for 20 years. He has defied odds and overcome many struggles. Unfortunately, all medical treatments have been exhausted. At this time, Carlos is moving to palliative care with transition to hospice care at the appropriate time. The entire Jackson family has given up and lost a lot to heart disease. Carlos' family and friends are very fortunate to have had the past nine with years with him thanks to his heart transplant.

The family is taking on a lot of expense to bring the girls home from college and keep Carlos comfortable for his remaining time. Tiffany would also like to be able to take some time off to be with Carlos, but has exhausted her PTO from his recent hospital visits.
