Young mother of 2 passes away
It's with great sadness to have to announce the sudden passing away of a young mother of two, here in Toronto. Our sister Zainab, may Allah have mercy on her, was rushed to the emergency with breathing problems and chest pains. Moments after arriving at the hospital, it was announced that her soul has departed. "To God, we belong, and to Him, we shall return."
Leaving behind her husband, and two young children, I James 'Yusuf' Amey, and a few close friends of our brother Mahdi (husband), are reaching out to the community to help support this young family in their time of need. Besides losing your best friend, and love of your life, the tasks of trying to move forward without the primary support of your household is almost impossible. She was the heart of the home and the arms that received everyone. Her love and support can never be replaced, but we as the community can try our best to be there for this young family in their time of need. We come from a faith that encourages its members to help and support each other. When any one of us is hurting or in need, we need to be there showing comfort, love, and support to the best of our ability.

We'd like first to ask all of you who are reading this to please keep sister Zainab in your duas and to pray for her family. She has returned to a Lord who is the Most Loving; the Most Merciful. He Loves when we call out to Him and responds to every prayer we make. May Allah grant her a home in the highest level of Paradise, of those nearest to Him. May He bring ease to the hearts of all those who have loved her and are hurting from her departure. Ameen.
We'd like next to ask you to help donate anything you can to help cover any costs or expenses that this family may need at this time. Many of you may know how it is trying to manage the cost of living a healthy and comfortable life here in Toronto, especially with young children. Things can sometimes be difficult. Our brother will need to take time off work for a bit to focus on his new role as a single father while trying to heal from the tragic loss of his beloved wife. Brothers and sisters, every new day we are given is a chance for us to do more, be better, and to rectify whatever it is of our selves that we need to prepare for the day we too will return to our Creator. No deed you do, whether big or small will be overseen. Every single one counts. Don't miss out on any opportunity you get, to do good.
May Allah accept all that we do and forgive us all for our shortcomings. May He provide for you in ways you would never have seen coming, and bless you with whatever you desire from this life and the next.
