Young Man Raising Twin Brothers

My friend and fellow student from Babson Park Elementary, Hajj Gueye, missed his college graduation ceremony 2 years ago to come back home and raise his twin brothers after his sweet mother died from cancer. Hajj's mom was a tenant in a property I managed and my whole office was deeply saddened when she passed. Hajj has done a great job of picking up where his mother left off. He is a hard worker, very smart and cares deeply for his brothers. He has been saving his money to move to a larger home so each of his brothers can have their own bedroom. Hajj found a home being leased through a private individual. Unfortunately, the deposit, security deposit, and prepaid electric bill required by the "fake" landlord have taken all of his savings and now the swindler can't be found.  Please help Hajj and his brothers recoop some of the money taken by this crook so they can move to a safe and larger home. And, if you are going to rent a property be sure you verify who you are dealing with before you hand over any money.
