At The TeenSpace, we believe that no young person should have to struggle with their mental health alone. That is why we are partnering with Project EDSA on a global care package initiative dedicated to supporting teens and young adults facing mental health challenges.

Through this initiative, we are assembling and distributing care kits filled with comforting and essential items such as hygiene products, self-care items, journals, art supplies, stress-relief tools, and handwritten notes of encouragement along with other materials from EDSA and TeenSpace.

These packages are designed to remind young people that they are seen, supported, and cared for, no matter where they are in the world.

Mental health struggles can often feel isolating, especially for teens who may not have access to strong support systems or resources. Something as small as receiving a thoughtful package can make a meaningful difference during a difficult time.
