Ynys Môn & Gwynedd Young Carers Project

Ynys Môn & Gwynedd Young Carers is a project that supports children and young people aged 5-18 who have caring responsibilities. The project supports young carers and their families and gives them a break from their roles. 

This is such a worthy project and we try to help as many Young carers as possible. There are so many young carers that have not yet been recognised as having a caring role, raising awareness will help these children and young people to have the support and opportunities they need and deserve. 

My daughter Medi is 6 1/2 years old and she has decided to challenge herself to ride 50 miles in July to raise money for this project. Medi will be riding as many miles as possible to hit the 50 miles target for July. She is very excited at the thought of helping and hopes to raise some money that would benefit young carers on the island.
