Hurricane Harvey rebuild fund

Trying to help my sister who has been affected by hurricane Harvey. I, her brother, being from the Rio Grande Valley, know first hand from the experience of hurricane Dolly how costly it can be. She has lost the entire lower level of her home. Don't know how she will be able to afford to recoup from such a devastation. Your donations will help the deconstruction and the rebuilding of they home. They have lived there over 20 years without ever flooding. It was not until they opened the resorvoir, that her house was flooded with 5 1/2 feet of water. Three people reside in this home and all three have rolled up their sleeves and started the cleaning process. They are determined to make their home liveable again. A house is just a structure, but a home is where the heart lies. At this point, they are heartbroken and devastated by the wrath of this hurricane, but are optimistic by the fact that America is answering the call of help.
