More 2 Give Inc offers a 8 month program for their Youth Leadership group called YLYM (Young Ladies/ Young Men). The program is for middle and high school students who are determined to make a difference in their community and be awesome leaders amoung their peers. Their mission is to help decrease bullying, teen suicides and drop outs.
YLYM has 6 core values, Self Repect, Volunteerism, Financial Stability, Higher Education, Family Bonding and Leadership. Each value is discussed, debated, worked on and taught about each month during their 2 hour session every Wednesday.
Unfortunately, our 8 month program has forseen some recent changes that has caused us to have no location to continue the sessions, limited us on what we can do for the end of program celebration trip, graduation and Summer camp.
In order for us to continue offering this awesome program we need your help. Funding is needed for a new location for our program, graduation and end of year celebration trip. Last year with the help of you all we were able to bring our youth to DC . We can make this happen again plus more with your contribution and assistance.
