Black mold poisoning

I have been unknowingly exposed to these toxic elements resulting in a microbial health hazards and potentially long-term adverse medical conditions. These issues were brought to the attention of RedPeak Properties on May 4, 2022. Unfortunately, my concerns were not taken seriously.

Immediately after returning from a trip in January of 2022, I began experiencing some troubling medical symptoms. For a long time, the plumbing system had also been an issue, causing leaks in the toilet, laundry area and other areas. I was unable to discover the source of my symptoms, but in April of 2022, I discovered that a neighbor returned to find his apartment covered in mold. This prompted me to check my own apartment, and that was when I discovered visible mold.

As a result of the direct exposure to mold and other toxic substances, I have incurred medical injuries. I also have concerns regarding the potential long-term personal health conditions, which may require ongoing medical treatment, for, but not limited to, neurocognitive dysfunction, internal organ, as well as lung damage. I have retained a consulting firm to perform environmental evaluations of the present condition of my unit regarding the potential impact concerning my health, safety, and wellbeing. In my unit, the following species of mold were found to be elevated: Alternaria, Aspergillus/Penicillium, Chaetomium, Cladosporium, Myxomycetes, Paecilomyces, Trichoderma, and Hyphal Fragment.

Since March of 2022 I have lost all of my belongings and my home. This whole process has put me in so much debt and also very I’ll. I’m a certified Esthetician, but due to my illness, I have not been able to go to work and have lost both of my current jobs. I’m currently at the last phase of my litigation process which will close out the process and I will be able to get the money I deserve for the damage it has caused. Anyone that can help would be a blessing. I currently don’t have a home right now and desperately need help with this process. That is me two days out of my household. And all of those spots are poison spots from boils forming and popping.

Black mold underneath the sink of my neighbors apartment. There was running water for 4 months. The leasing office didn’t do anything about it and cleaned up everything and moved the person right back in.

Above is my urine and stool sample test results. I’m at high risk for Aspergillus. Once I close out the case I’ll will be able to start therapy and all the medical attention I need.

Again, whoever can help me would be a blessing to this situation and help me get the medical attention I need. And also help me with shelter and help me get back on my feet. Xoxoxo love and light!
