Tales of the Lost Volume III continues to take a dark look at the things we lose and the ghosts we struggle with. Money raised by the anthology will go also to benefit the on going Coronavirus -19 response. This time we would like to focus on helping the many people whose mental illness and disabilities have worsened due to the stress of the pandemic. As with TALES OF THE LOST VOLUME II, the purpose of the book is to provide people stuck in their homes something new to read during this crisis, while having all profits going to a great cause.

The Charities:

This time around with so many people still struggling due to the impact of the Covid pandemic we have decided to have the money go to a couple different charities. The book will benefit Save the Children Corona response and National Alliance On Mental Illness with money going to help people that have been impacted the worse. The purpose of the book would be to provide people stuck in their homes something new to read during this crisis, while having money go to a great cause. 

 

As a special surprise we are also offering a second anthology up for preorder. It is tentatively titled Strange Tales Of Terror edited by Bram Stoker Award Winning Editor Eugene M. Johnson. This exciting new anthology pays homage to horror classics such as The Twilight Zone, Weird Tales, and many more. Featuring stories/poetry from horror masters such as Peter Straub, Ramsey Campbell, Lucy A. Snyder, Ben Monroe, Kevin J Anderson and Sherilyn Kenyon, Elizabeth Massie and many more.

Why Crowdfund?

 

It is our view that crowdfunding the pre-sale portion of this campaign allows us to circumvent the otherwise unavoidable cost of doing business in today's market place. By bringing this project directly to you (the people who care most) we can avoid fees and percentages that other platforms might charge for their service. This way we're freeing up more of the total sales to go where they belong, the families.  It also allows us the opportunity to offer several versions of the ebook and paperback for use as gifts or display pieces.
