We are the (extended) family of Maud Mulcahy van Bommel, a sweet and loving little girl who has been diagnosed with ALPS, an incurable, chronic and life-threatening disease (http://www.niaid.nih.gov/topics/alps/pages/default.aspx).

We are organizing this fundraising campaign to off-set the significant financial costs of hiring professionals to help care for Maud when she is able to remain at home. It is one important way those who wish to help Caitlin, Andrew, little Maud and family may do so.

We've been overwhelmed at the donations that have poured in from family and friends. Though we have met the original fundraising goal, we'll keep the campaign going for now, since we've been told that others still want to donate.
