Help save my home

Hello, my name is Ruby & I am asking for help..I am being forced to put my home for sale that I was awarded in my divorce. My ex husband left me after our son's memorial for his mistress. Took all our money..Our son passed away driving home from work..I was awarded my home & given 2 years to refiance the mortgage under my name. It has been impossible to do when I am being blocked from speaking to the bank/mortgage..my ex has instructed them not to speak to me about anything even though I am on the deed but not the note..my ex is a disabled veteran and signed the note only..I thought I had signed it but I didn't..my email, home address, cell were changed to his information..All my mail, even return receipt addressed to me he recieved..signed and opened and kept. My home went up for foreclosure sale and I was not aware of it. My ex didn't tell me he stopped paying on mortgage,,I was able to stop it....the court told my ex several times at different court dates to allow me to speak to them but he refused and disobeyed the court...he refuses to do what the court has told him to do..I have tried everything but my hands are tied until he allows me to speak to them..I have been told by the judge to put my home up for sale within 30 days from 13 September to 11 October 2022.....if I do not refiance my home under my name or put it up for sale.. ..she will get a realtor and put my home up for sale herself..the judge and my ex live in another county..

I was a military wife while my ex and I were married and in the Army..all I want is to live my life in peace and be able to mourn my son properly..with my other kids and grandkids..which my ex is making impossible to do...I am recovering from covid 19 where I almost died..I thank God I am here..but still recovering..my younger son lives with me is disabled..and my daughter lives here.
