My name is Yessica. I have two wonderful boys, who are my world. As a single parent, it’s not an easy journey. They give me the strength to keep moving every morning. I do it for them.

In September 2024, I felt a lump in my chest. It was something I couldn't ignore and a biopsy soon confirmed my worst fear: I had a triple negative breast cancer. The diagnosis was like a punch to the gut for myself and my family.

It's been a very difficult, trying to deal with my doctors appointments, while working full time and being a single mother. I am facing unusually difficult financial challenges, in the in coming months.

My whole word has been flipped upside down with these unexpected expenses, paying for doctors, tests, gas, food and general living expenses .
