Hi my name is Kelly and I am reaching out to our fellow team members, the Edmonton Soccer Community, parents, and members of Edmonton and surrounding communities.

It is with such incredible sadness that I share the tragic loss of Caleb who was hit by a car while he was riding his bike on Friday August 1. Myself and fellow coaches had the honour and privilege of coaching Caleb who would truly light up on the soccer field. He was grateful for every practice and game and shared the love of soccer with his teammates.

Caleb was so proud to become a big brother in August of 2024. His mom De Ann shared how helpful he always was when his father was out of town working. His family is heartbroken over the sudden loss of their son who was hit by a car while he was riding his bike.

This go fund me was created to support Caleb’s family with the financial costs of his funeral arrangements. Any support would be so appreciated.

Let’s all hug our children a little tighter this long weekend.
