Vivian needs your help. She is being sued.
If you know Vivian, your life has likely been made better by that experience.
The legacy she has created is about serving others, connecting with her community and making the world a better place for us all to live in.
Now she needs your support.
Please, give what you can to help this wonderful woman who gives so much of herself to so many people. Let’s lift this burden for her and her family and get her back to doing what she does best – building community and supporting those in need.
Take a look at who she is and how she has helped so many:
- Active in education, nutrition, and wellness, Vivian was a classroom teacher for nine years.
- She spearheaded the funding and building of the school gardens at Kahala Elementary and helped them participate in the Kokua Hawaii Foundation’s ‘Aina in Schools program.
- She also founded a non-profit project that brought thousands of pounds of donated farm-fresh produce to programs feeding the homeless and hungry on Hawaii’s Oahu island. You can watch her TEDx Talk about this project here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mPtFL0Yeb78
- After becoming a mother five years ago, she led support groups for mothers and was one of the co-founders of Piko Pals, a program on Oahu that helps new parents connect with each other in the most challenging months of early parenthood.
- She is passionate about bringing healing and wellness through movement and has changed many lives as a Feldenkrais practitioner.
- She also believes in the transformative power of sharing our stories and deeply listening to others. Lives of hundreds of women are touched through “Sparked,” a conversational game event Vivian hosts weekly. As a WomanSpeak Circle leader, Vivian helps women find their stories and communicate from their innermost wisdom.
Her Accolades include:
- Vivian was recognized as one of "6 People Making a Difference in Honolulu” by Honolulu Magazine in November 2013
- She was named as one of Hawai’i’s “40 Under 40,” by Pacific Business News
- She was called her one of “10 Who Made a Difference.” in 2010 by the Honolulu Star-Advertiser
