Although what #RobertWilliams did was wrong and inexcusable. He is a human being and he doesn’t deserve to get treated like a slave. He is entitled to his rights. His family has been left in the dark this whole entire time. We have to go on google and watch the news to find out what’s going on. On February 10th, 2020 we were lied to about his arraignment being pushed back to another date. Only to find out on television that his arraignment was held the same day. We wanted to show Robert support in this dark time and to let him know he still has a support system. Instead Police officers and other leaders of the police union were granted access to the courtroom and his family was told he will be seen later on in the week. Disturbing pictures circulate the internet of his left eye shut close along with his left ear wrapped up with bandages. He appeared in court with clothing that didn’t even belong to him. His face swollen from getting beat by police officers after surrendering. Robert is no longer a threat once handcuffed and clearly did not resist arrest in the videos broadcast all over social media; But yet he was damn near beaten to the point where he is unrecognizable.


We are seeking help for legal representation. His family will like to be kept informed about his case and want to make sure he’s being treated fairly and not like a monster. He is a human being that made a terrible mistake that he will live with the rest of his life. “We need to act now before things get worse or before he gets killed by the police in jail.
