Handicap Accessible Swing for Park

My name is Benjamin Morris III,I am a member of Boy Scout Troop 21 at the First Christian Church in Washington , NC. As my Eagle Scout project with the Boy Scouts I plan to raise enough funds to purchase and install a handicapped accessible swing at one of the playgrounds here in Washington. Scouts from my troop and other local troops will help with the project.
Most, if not all, of the playgrounds in Washington have the traditional non handicapped accessible swing sets. Imagine how frustrating it must be as the parent or primary caregiver for a handicapped child to realize there is nowhere for your child to go and enjoy the simple pleasure of swinging in the fresh air. The version of the handicapped accessible swing pictured here is just an example of what I hope to put in place. If I were fortunate enough to raise more than enough money I would like to maybe purchase a double swingset.
