Help with medical expenses

Hi my name is Iesha McMurray, this my story about how I found out I was diagnosed with conjoined twins. At about 5months in my pregnancy I did an ultrasound which state I was pregnant with twins on 1 placenta. I was then sent to the Victoria Jubilee Hospital for fallow ups. During my visits there,a few weeks after I was scheduled for another ultrasound. I was 28 weeks pregnant at that time when Doctor leo walker found out about my diagnosed with Conjoined twins. The twins names are Azaria and Azora.

im seeking the support and help for medical expenses to have my twins separated and giving that the babies were born in Jamaica it’s going to be costly. Any donations will be greatly appreciated.
