Christmas appeal

For the last number of years I have with the help of the local community helped our local barnardos family centre in Cork make Christmas a little easier for the families that need their help. We have bought gifts and vouchers for the individual children in these families but always felt we could do more. This Christmas we are raising the bar and hope to get the whole community of Glanmire involved in making Christmas 2024 a Christmas worth remembering for these families. WellBean coffee have very kindly offered to run a Spinaton on their premises on Saturday the 14th of December from 8am to 4pm. We will have collection buckets on the day and also all our riders will be individually sponsored. This gofundme will be for the people that can't make it on the day or for anyone else that would like to donate to this very worthy cause. We would hope to reach the 2500 target on this page and hopefully match it on the day of the spinathon. An amount that would make Christmas a little easier for ths families Even though barnardos is well known national charity anything raised in this page and on the day will be going to the family centre in Mahon therefore helping Cork families.
