Help a Family Overcome Financial Hardship

Since my mom died almost a year ago, I've been trying to sell her house. In the meantime, I am having to pay the rent on it (in addition to my own mortgage payment) every month with only one income. (She owned the home, but there is rent every month for the mobile home park.) My family lives paycheck to paycheck so this has been pretty hard to keep up with. We've added up a lot of credit card debt in trying to keep up with everything. I'm currently not able to take on a second job; I'm preparing to go on the kidney/liver transplant list and at the moment can only handle my regular, full-time job. My wife is a stay-at-home mom who cares for our special needs child.

Our child needs expensive dental surgery, upwards of $5000, most of which is not covered by our insurance. We do not have any savings that will cover this large sum. I just want to take care of my family, and at the moment we could use some help with expenses.
