getting my kids back

On Friday October 2nd my 3 year old son pushed my two-year-old son off of a ladder and gave him a head injury. when I took him to the ER they of course immediately did a head CT.for we found out that we were being transferred out to UW of Wisconsin Hospital. It was there that CPS was called and before we got discharged a safety plan was activated with CPS. This means they took all of our children from us. We have a chance to get our children back but we need $3,200 to pay for a lawyer and we just do not have that amount of cash on us. Less than 6 months ago we moved to a different state that's where all of our money went. We are good parents We have never been in trouble with law enforcement and truly love all of her children. We are starting a GoFundMe so that hopefully we can afford an attorney to get our children back. CPS has up to two years to close a case and my fear is that we will fall through the cracks.
