We are a group of concerned property owners in Somerville MA who are calling into question the rules and procedures of the new Condominium Conversion Ordinance passed by the City of Somerville that went onto effect on July 31, 2019, and which impacts the rights of property owners.

Why should you be concerned?  The current restrictions of this ordinance have now devalued your property because it makes it harder to sell, and the City is setting the rules for how, when and to whom you sell your property. 

In order to achieve our goal to work with the City to create a more balanced and fair ordinance, we have hired the law firm of Arent Fox to help us in this matter. Funds raised through this GoFundMe page will be used to finance these legal fees and related operating costs.
