Feeding the Homeless on Xmas Eve

During this time of giving, please consider donating to our 13th annual Feeding of the Homeless on Christmas Eve. 13 years ago, my son and I put together about 25 meals and supplies for the homeless in downtown San Diego.  We discovered that this was just a drop-in the bucket.  Each year we have been able to increase our numbers due to the generous donations and additional volunteers to do everything we can to provide a hot meal for those in need on Xmas Eve.

Last year, we successfully made and distributed 600 hot meals -- homemade tamales, bananas, cheese with vegetables, water and cookies.

Any and all donations are greatly appreciated by us and by those we feed. This year, our goal is to make 700 hot meals. The funds donated will be used to purchase food, water, blankets, socks and warm hats.
