Hi Friends and Family!

 

It may come as a surprise to some, but we are adopting! We have struggled extensively with infertility for eight years. Many of you have prayed for us, walked with us, and mourned with us through those years. Thank you. Our journey brought many heartaches and pains and, ultimately, peace.

 

Last month, unexpectedly, someone approached us about considering a private adoption. It has been a whirlwind of emotions as we have prayed and prepared for the moments that led us here. Due to the unplanned nature of this adoption, we are not financially prepared to take on some of these more significant needs. We are beyond excited to add a new member to our family, but we cannot do it alone. We would greatly appreciate anything you could give to help us meet our goal to prepare for this baby, which will be here on December 2nd. We know that these next seven months will fly by!

 

If you feel led to donate, your donations will go towards:

1. Legal Fees (ours and theirs) ($8,000-$10,000)

2. A Home Study ($1,000-$2,500)

3. Medical Expenses ($5,000+)

4. Paperwork ($1000+)
