Primary Custody

It has been over 10 years and Cheyenne’s mother has not and does not take care of her. Nor does she show the desire to. I’ve tried communicating and I’ve tried anything and everything to get her to sit and talk with me. My daughter is at the age now where she’s picking up on things, asking why does her mother take care of her brothers and sisters but not her. Long story short, I am battling the grandparents (her parents) and they are doing everything in their power to get me out of the picture. They have lied to the courts a number of times. Even went so far as to file false DCF papers to separate me and my daughter. It’s a lot and that’s just the beginning. I need help, I’m drowning. I don’t know what to do
