WRNW 107.1 Historical Marker

Hi, my name is Alain and I am raising funds to erect an historical marker to commemorate the amazing rock n roll radio station which was the launching pad for Howard Stern, Meg Griffin and countless other amazing DJs. The station, WRNW 107.1, was known as Wonderful Radio of Northern Westchester. WRNW's original building in Briarcliff Manor, NY was torn down to make room for a bigger office and condo development and the developer has graciously agreed to let us erect the historical market right at the front entrance.

Please help us raise the funds to create and install this beautiful bronze plaque and bring some of the former DJs together to celebrate what was viewed by many as the greatest Rock n Roll radio station of the 1970s!

Here is where the money will go:

$1000 to create the plaque

$250 for the installation on the front entrance of the building

$250 for a ribbon cutting and press event

That's it. $1500 to preserve a piece of rock n roll and radio history.

Any funds over the $1500 needed to create and install the plaque will be donated to Music Will, which runs the largest nonprofit music program in the US public school system. Their teachers currently serve over 500,000 students in more than 600 cities and towns across the country. Thanks
