WRFC Action

The board of directors of WRFC have abruptly terminated my membership and barred me from the premises of the club without giving me a reasonable explanation for their decision and a chance to defend myself.  The actions of the board has caused considerable distress to me and my family as the children train there almost every day and the club has become a second home to our family.

I, together with other members and badminton's governing bodies, have been trying to resolve this for the last 3 months.

I am now raising money to fund a legal challenge to reinstate my membership of WRFC.  The funds will be used for legal fees and any unused funds or funds recovered from the legal action will be returned (if traceable) or donated to the Surrey Schools Badminton Association.
