Women's Party Donation Drive for the Homeless

The California Women's Party (www.womenspartyca.org) is in contact with an encampment of unsheltered individuals along the San Jacinto Riverbed in the Hemet/San Jacinto area of California. 



We've had representatives visit the camp and these are good people. They are not drug addicts or criminals. One group is a family that was simply late on the RV registration for the RV they were living in; this caused a waterfall of consequences and resulted in their current homelessness.



The temperatures have begun dropping in the area because the seasons are changing and they desperately need cold weather gear. We have begun collecting donations locally but if you cannot drop off items, please donate here and we will purchase items for them.



If you area in wester Riverside County, CA and can drop off, the items they need are:

Gas powered heaters
Gas station gift cards
Men's and women's winter coats
Men's and women's winter boots
Feminine hygiene products
Warm socks
Blankets
Thermal clothing & long johns
Sleeping bags rated for 0-30 degrees
