Katie and Emelia are identical twins who have a condition called achondroplasia.

They are 10 years old and have been competing in the National Dwarf Games in Birmingham for about 7 years now. This year they have the opportunity to go to Germany to compete in the World Dwarf Games in Cologne.

This is so important to them as it gives them a chance to compete in sport on a even scale and it gives them so much confidence.

We need help to make this happen, anything you can give will help to get them there and will be greatly appreciated by us all.
