It is with heavy hearts that we share the untimely passing of Renato “Rene” Araullo, fondly known as “Bok” to many who loved him.
Rene was a man of integrity; he was a quiet and humble soul who lived his life helping others. He devoted his 75 fruitful years in supporting his family and lifting up those around him. Many of us carry stories of how 'Tito Rene' extended his hand in times of need; be it for guidance or simply being there with words of encouragement. Tito Rene gave so much without expecting anything in return, always with kindness and sincerity.
He came to visit Canada along with his wife to spend time with his son, Carlo, to bond and to share simple father-and-son moments. He was a father figure to many, a brother to his in-laws and a friend whose warmth and generosity touched countless lives.
Today, we are asking for your help to bring Rene home to the Philippines so he may rest in peace among with his loved ones. His passing in Saskatoon has left his family not only grieving but also facing the heavy financial burden of repatriation and funeral costs.
Expenses to be covered:
• Hospital expenses: CAD$4,875
• Memorial home services: CAD$6,842
• Flight & repatriation of remains: CAD$3,400
We humbly ask for your kindness and generosity in contributing whatever you can. Every donation, no matter the amount, will go a long way in easing this burden and allowing Tito Rene’s family to give him the farewell he truly deserves.
Rene lived his life helping others. Now, in his final journey, we ask for your help in bringing him home.
Thank you for your compassion, prayers, and support.
